I just paid $800 for a new black vinyl top here in sunny FL and wanted to protect it from UV more than the occassional rain this car sees.
The 301 goes on so easily. Simply spread evenly around with a small clean cloth and no streaking or wiping or buffing like other products. Done quickly.
It looks very natural. My car doesn't sit out in the weather so don't know how long it lasts in the real world? BUT a bottle will last a very long time even if one uses it monthly.
My brother cautioned me to not get any on the glass as it is hard to remove (razor blade) so I was careful not to get it on anything other than the vinyl top.
Great product. Best I've ever used. Probably would work wonders on a weathered top too.
