(More customer reviews)I have a Timber Tech Deck that I have not cleaned with any product since it was built 5 years ago. I had some mold build-up on the stairs and sporadic green pollen/mossy build-up. I used about 4 cups per gallon hot water in a pressure sprayer. I basically followed the video & written instructions on Corte website [...]. In some areas, it required a second application and a good scrub brushing. Direct sunlight seemed to help the foaming action. I let the product stay on the deck at least 25-45 minutes before rinsing. I was reasonably happy with the results. I used 2 bags for about 350 square feet.
