(More customer reviews)I used the Motorsilk oil treatment on 2 of my cars and methodically checked the MPG before and after the treatments. NO improvement at all.
I also tried the Motorsilk treatment for a manual tranny and the treatment for an auto tranny with no noticible results.
I measured the MPG several times before and after each treatment over the span of 1500 miles on one car and 6000 miles on the other car.
I can safely say that this product is a complete wast of money. Go buy some beer instead and save enough money to treat all of your friends to some beers too.
If someone is claiming to notice an improvement then they are either being paid to say that or they didn't do precise and controlled before and after measurements.
I travel a lot in my cars and did the MPG measurements covering the same route, getting gas at the same station and during the same season. One treatment was on a 4.3L V8, the other was a 1.8L 4 cylinder.
Don't wast your money on this like I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
