(More customer reviews)In desperation after having an OEM ignition switch fail after 30 years and 1000+ hours of use, and then replacing with a cheap Chinese $6 junk switch (should have known better), I bought this US made switch to replace the 1-year-old failed Chinese switch. Well the U.S. switch lasted two tractor uses before it collected moisture in it and shorted out frying some of the wiring on my tractor. I've now replaced it with a U.S. made marine ignition switch. I hope I'll have better experience with it. It's a sad testament to the way things have gone in U.S. manufacturing that it seems you are not able to buy a simple piece of equipment like this which will last any length of time under normal use.
