(More customer reviews)Plug is very easy to install. Plug comes with good instructions. Anyone should be able to cut off old plug and install this replacement plug. After cutting off old plug just cut the 3 wires (white, black & green) to length, then remove the 3 screws holding the plug together. Assemble wires, re-assemble back and cable grip back onto plug and you are done.
