(More customer reviews)This product did exactly what it was intended and the rust in my old tank is no longer an issue. The process was about 3 and a half hours long and very messy. You need acetone and Muriatic acid aswell to complete this process.
My tank was in REAL rough condition on the inside and the metal solvents didnt totally dissolve ALL the rust- i'm sure if i kept going through the process it would eventually get it perfect but it wasnt neccissary for the project I'm doing. the coating seems to be great and I added gas lastnight after letting it sit for about a week(i was waiting on other parts).
Tips:
-Make sure you have enough Baking soda to Neutralize the Muriatic Acid
-Give yourself ALOT of time to complete (4 hours to get it perfect)
-Have all your clean up supplies(rags, trash bags, CONTAINTERS to put the USED CHEMICALS in)
-Wear latex gloves so you dont get burnt and have Multiple Funnels
-Do the project outside because it very messy
