(More customer reviews)Not all of the RV campgrounds have 30 amp service. I purchased this adapter for all of those campgrounds that only have 15 amp service (regular plug in). It's large, bright yellow, and very heavy duty: making it difficult to loose. The 30 amp power cable from my RV fits right into this adapter. It also has a little LED light on the end. A nice touch, but not necessary.
