I used it to replace the trim that covers the screw holes of the roof on my 38' Montana fifth wheel RV. After about 3 years, and the Texas sun and wind, it the old stuff became brittle and cracked. I doubt that this will last any longer, it's just the way those are.
Only clarification I would make is that colonial white is the yellow tint of white.Polar white is the really white white.The color in the picture could be misleading.
